Deposit: 25% to confirm reservation
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, personal or travelers checks and cash. Full payment expected two weeks prior to arrival.
Not Included in our rates: Professional Licensed Guides for Fishing, Rock Climbing, hang gliding, archeological tours, geological tours, additional massages, etc. . .
Check-in time: on arrival date: noon*
Check-out time: on departure date: 1 pm*
*Should you require early check-in or late check-out, every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Security Deposit: The ranch does expect normal wear and tear but damage of property while entrusted to you, will be at your expense.
Air Service: Worland, WY (United Express through Denver), Cody, WY (Skywest through Salt Lake City), and Billings, Montana (Northwest Airlines, Horizon, United Airlines)
Ranch Airport: Private paved runway for general aviation and charter. Fuel services are available with advance notice. For insurance requirements, prior permission must be obtained before using airstrip. Click here for airstrip useage form.
