Our horses are selected for their disposition, athletic ability, soundness and cow sense. Whether they are part of the guest string or trained to become performance roping horses, they are all put to work on the ranch and exposed to cattle. We know them from hours spent in the saddle and calves dragged to the fire. Their versatility will appeal to the trail rider, the working cowboy and the arena competitor alike. We are very proud of our 1999 stud, Love to Zip, by Zip It Up, and out of Grey Ed. He is an eye catching powerful gray out cross stallion who has earned points in heading, heeling, barrel and halter. His offspring have it all: conformation, color (gray or dun) and excellent mind. Ranch raised in the rugged country of the Big Horn Mountains, they quickly develop good feet, balance and stamina. By the time they're three, they know they way around cows and have been roped off of. By the time they're four, they earn their keep.
