Cuisine at the Red Reflet Ranch

Here at the Red Reflet Ranch, one of our family traditions is to prepare the evening meal together, and Red Reflet guests are invited to participate in this special time.  In addition, we offer cooking classes with our excellent Chef Toby Bauer and home-grown ingredients.

Ranch meals include produce from our greenhouse, garden and orchard.  Our beef is ranch raised, processed in our butcher shop and aged to be savory and tender.  The lamb is locally raised and processed in our butcher shop. We also use organic free-range chickens and eggs.  The surrounding area has abundant elk, deer, antelope, pheasant, grouse, and rabbit. If you would like to sample true wild game, prepared ranch style, please inform our Chef who will see what he has available.

 A great deal of effort is taken to make every meal tasty, healthful, and unique. Every effort will be made to accommodate your special dietary allergies and needs. We have a heart-healthy approach to fine dining and will also make every effort to accommodate your special dietary allergies or other requirements.

We have an extensive wine cellar, many beers, cold drinks and a well-stocked bar. There are no extra charges for this hospitality. (Underage guests are expected to comply with Wyoming Law.)
